Our Journey
Conversational Carewas founded in 2025 at the Wellbeing Technologies Lab, Imperial College London. Its origins trace back several years to the lab's research on ethical applications of emerging Generative AI technologies in healthcare and community care. Years of collaborative research with institutional partners in the UK, Australia, and Latin America have been translated into a platform for real-world deployment.
Conversational Care is currently piloting in the UK and Peru. As a product in continuous development and iteration, it will be released as open source in 2026.
