We spend most of our time in workshops, clinics and living rooms — with community health workers in Peru, with care teams in the UK, and with the families who lean on both. This blog is where we will write down what we learn along the way.
What you can expect here
Three kinds of posts, roughly:
- Field notes. What we saw in a workshop, what surprised us, what we changed because of it.
- Product updates. New capabilities in the platform and the agents, and the reasoning behind them.
- Open questions. The things we have not resolved yet — safety boundaries, escalation design, language and dialect coverage.
Why we write in the open
Conversational Care is heading for an open-source release in 2026. Code alone is not much use without the decisions behind it: which tasks we decided AI should never handle, how we tuned escalation thresholds, what families actually asked for. Publishing that reasoning is part of shipping the thing.
Technology should enhance rather than replace the human-to-human relationships at the heart of care.
If something here is useful, or wrong, we would like to hear about it. You can reach us through the contact page.
